Christmas Gift Ideas - Give Joy In A Simple Idea

 What is a small act of giving during Christmas that do not cost much to leave memories that last a lifetime can take a lover. I remembered many years back, when I was a little boy of 10 years, one of my aunt, who was a devout Christian and celebrate Christmas gave me a Christmas present. It was a large format book that I could read the story of a pirate on the high seas. It gave a tremendous joy for me, a little boy at that time. It would not have cost her more than $ 10, but her performance that day gave me a great joy which lasted until the present day - a simple act of giving, which touched my heart, and that will always cherish.

 

Although this aunt now lives in another foreign country, thousands of miles apart, and there is no communication between us for over twenty years, yet there is this unshakeable bond of love, that somewhere in this world, there is someone who cared for many, many years ago, and with whom I would like to see her and if there is a chance to visit. Indeed, time and distance no less the most beautiful memories of her act of giving that day. I wondered why it is said that it is more blessed to give than to receive. I've always felt that receiving something from someone else and keeping it in my pockets was more blessed than to give away. But when I think of this piece of history and personal experience, and recalled the enormous amount of joy in my heart when I received as a gift book story, I could remember how my aunt's face also lit, and glowed, and she seemed to be almost like the beautiful fairy who takes care of everyone on earth, and I'm sure they felt blessed and happy.

Indeed, if we give away to ourselves and to others, such as our loved ones and those in need that we are blessed in return. A gift is a gift. Because we give without expecting anything in return, but the laws of nature and the universe dictate that if we give love, this love is translated into an energy that can not be explained, and which will become live, and change perceptions, and make the world a better place to live, so this Christmas season, pause and think about how we sow love and giving gifts and gifts of love for others. Our gifts may be expensive, but they can get a life when we give away our hearts, and away from ourselves and when we give love and goodwill. Indeed, it is more blessed to give than to receive.
